This Villa has 4,000 sq ft of living area and it comes with full time staff: cook and maid. Breakfast is complimentary for all guest. For your convenience, lunch & dinner can be organized by request. For your leisure it also includes wireless internet, flat screen TV's with Direct TV, local telephone line, and stereo with easy hook up for an Ipod. Casa Ensueno is a paradise for couples, or small families. Three night minimum stay required. Our staff will assist you with basic concierge services (car rental arrangements, restaurant reservations, grocerie shopping, etc) at no additional cost.

2013 Rates: 3 night minimum stay. Rate includes daily complimentary breakfast & housekeeper services. Lunch and Dinner can be arranged at additional cost. Food & beverage not included.
• 1 night deposit needed to confirm booking.
• A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required with payment. (will be returned minus any extras within 5 days of departure)
• Full payment is due 21 days prior to arrival except Christmas/New Years and Easter (90 days).
• 100% refund is given when canceling at least 30 days prior to arrival date except for Christmas/New Year & Easter.
